How to Reserve Your Magnificent Golden Retriever
Our reservation list helps us connect thoughtfully bred Golden Retriever puppies with committed families. Because litter timing and puppy availability can change, joining the list does not guarantee a puppy from a particular pairing or season.

Step 1: Submit a Puppy Inquiry
Begin by completing our Puppy Inquiry Form. This helps us learn about your household, experience, preferences, and plans for your future Golden Retriever.
We occasionally also help place adult Golden Retrievers needing new homes. Your inquiry allows us to contact you if a suitable opportunity arises.
Step 2: Join the Reservation List
If we believe your home may be a good fit, we will contact you to discuss the reservation list. A $100 reservation fee is required to secure your position and is applied toward the final purchase price.
The fee is normally non-refundable. However, if we are unable to offer you a puppy, you may choose either:
- A full refund of the reservation fee; or
- To remain on the list with priority for a future litter.
Step 3: Meet Our Dogs
Whenever practical, we prefer to collect the reservation fee after you have visited us, met our dogs, and seen how they are raised. Families who cannot visit immediately may arrange a phone or video conversation and secure their position remotely.
Step 4: Puppy Selection
When puppies are approximately five to six weeks old, families are invited to select their puppy generally in reservation-list order. Families who are not on Oahu may participate through Zoom or Google Meet.
Timing, family preferences, and the individual puppy’s temperament and suitability are all considered during placement.
Important Information
A reservation improves your opportunity to receive a puppy but does not guarantee a particular sex, color, pairing, or timeframe. Litter size, breeding success, and each puppy’s readiness cannot be predicted with certainty.
