How to Make a Reservation for Your Next Magnificent Golden Retriever

∗UPDATE∗
Reservation list for 2025 Autumn litters closed

While yes it’s true that our reservation list for the anticipated Autumn 2025 litters is now CLOSED, there may still be a possibility to adopt should any of the original families renege. Also, there’s a likelihood that more pups will be born than original conservative estimation predicted.

Should an opportunity arise, we will need to have received your Puppy Inquiry first to be able to extend the offer to you. So, please fill out the Puppy Inquiry so that your name and contact information are on file. Reservation fee is waived.

A $100 reservation fee is requested later to secure a place on the waitlist. This fee is non-refundable but will be applied toward your final purchase price. However, it is fully refundable in the event a puppy cannot be offered. In that unlikely case, you have the option to stay on and move higher up on the reservation list for their next season.

We prefer to collect the reservation fee in person—after you’ve had a chance to visit, meet our dams and studs, and see how our dogs are raised with care and aloha. This ensures that both you and we feel confident about moving forward. You can also elect to skip the meet and greet or schedule it for later after securing your position on the reservation list remotely. But first, please submit the Puppy Inquiry and we’ll discuss further via email and/or phone.

When puppies reach five weeks of age, we invite families over for Pick-out Day in the general order names were added to the list. While timing, preferences, and fit are all considered, early reservation helps improve your chances of securing a male/female puppy from your desired litter.
